What is the description of an exempt/non exempt employee?

How do I classify a person as an independent contractor?

Do I have to train my employees on a sexual harassment course?
If you have 50 or more employees in your company, you must conduct AB 1825 training for all supervisors and managers for two hours every two years. And, if a new supervisor is hired in your company, that person must be trained within 6 months of joining your company.
